Week one is done!
I am so glad.
It has been okay so far, lots of ups and downs.
You know, like craving chocolate, peanut butter, sugar.
But, I am looking forward to breaking that sugar addiction!
I am also recognizing a huge change in sleep. I fall asleep super fast and it is good, restorative rest.
I am glad Dan and a group of friends are doing it with me or else it would be much easier to quit.
